You may use them for sales collateral, customer relations,
e-newsletters, direct mail, tradeshow handouts, press kits,
and other corporate promotional purposes.
Please keep in mind that all original content on CRM Today
is copyrighted material. Reproduction in whole or in part
in any form or medium without express written permission of
CRM Today is prohibited.

Content Licensing:
Post an Article on Your Website or Make Unlimited Copies of
an Article
If you would like to reproduce or distribute copies of CRM
Today articles, please contact
us to order reprints. Reprints are offered in
PDF format or as hard copies.
However, if you would like to reproduce all or part of a
CRM Today article on your site, a content-licensing fee is
required before the content can be posted to your site.
The fee for reproduction is €550 for one
article, €900 for two articles and €1300 for three
articles. For a custom reprint offer please contact
us.
The creation of reprints in PDF format costs €150
per article.
The above fee includes the right for your company to make
an unlimited number of copies of the article for use in print
or internet publications (not for resale).
Hard Copy Reprints
Hard copy reprints are articles that have been professionally
designed and reprinted onto 8 1/2 by 11-inch glossy paper
in B/W or four colors. Please let us know in case you prefer
other custom size or paper specifications.
Article reprints can include your company logo free of charge.
Please submit logo in EPS or PSD format.
Please note that a minimum order of 500 copies is required.

If you are ordering 1,000 or more reprints, the above prices
also include rights to post the full article on your company's
Web site, with proper attribution and a link back to CRM Today
site.
Shipping & Delivery Time
Please note that shipping is extra. Customers may
have shipping charges billed directly to their account with
UPS or DHL. If you specify that reprints must arrive at their
destination(s) by a certain date, we will chose the appropriate
service to make it happen. Shipping charges that are not directly
charged to a customer's shipping account will be invoiced
with the reprint plus €40.
Please allow 1 to 3 weeks for delivery. We will do our best
to meet your deadlines, so please let us know in advance.
Payment Terms
Payment in full for article reprint orders must be received
before production begins. Advance payment is also required
before posting articles to a Web site.
Please note that we do not accept any exceptions. For your
convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express
or wire transfer to our international bank account.
