Clearswift Chooses Onyx Software as its Worldwide CRM Standard
Onyx Software Corp. announced Clearswift has selected Onyx as its global customer relationship management (CRM) standard.
Clearswift will use Onyx Enterprise CRM to provide full integration between sales, marketing, technical support, order processing and the Web site, improving access to accurate and timely information and helping Clearswift to better understand and service its customers.
Onyx will allow Clearswift to introduce online functionality to its processes enabling customers to log and review support incidents and access version upgrades online.
Onyx CRM will facilitate the recognition of individual customers when they visit the Web site giving Clearswift access to valuable information within specific profiles.

Clearswift will use Onyx Enterprise CRM to provide full integration between sales, marketing, technical support, order processing and the Web site, improving access to accurate and timely information and helping Clearswift to better understand and service its customers.
Onyx will allow Clearswift to introduce online functionality to its processes enabling customers to log and review support incidents and access version upgrades online.
Onyx CRM will facilitate the recognition of individual customers when they visit the Web site giving Clearswift access to valuable information within specific profiles.
The company
intends to deploy the Onyx solution in Australia, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, the United Kingdom and the United States.
"Clearswift selected Onyx above other competitors for its superior functionality. With Onyx, around 80 percent of the anticipated functionality would come straight out-of-the-box, thereby reducing implementation time, cost and risk," said Heidi Alpe, European Marketing Manager of Clearswift.
"Onyx appeared strong in all areas of its product with a total focus on customer satisfaction. It was also one of the first in the market to utilize and integrate with Internet technology, which was key for Clearswift," Alpe said. "Onyx has a proven track record within the CRM industry and was able to demonstrate a quick implementation time, so the company was a natural choice."
This new relationship with Onyx further enhances Clearswift's bid to provide a global systems infrastructure to sell to global customers.
"We want to make doing business with us as smooth and simple as possible - by improving our processes, our information, our understanding, our decision-making and our communications - for both the organizations that buy our solutions, and the partners that sell them. The Onyx solution allows us to do exactly that," said Alpe.
Onyx will supply its Enterprise CRM solution suite including OEP (Onyx Employee Portal), OEP Outlook, OCP (Onyx Customer Portal) and OPP (Onyx Partner Portal) products to Clearswift.
Onyx Consulting is currently leading Phase I of the implementation project, scheduled to go live in May this year.
