ServiceWare Partners with PCHowTo, Inc.
ServiceWare Technologies Inc., a provider of knowledge-powered support solutions, announced that it has partnered with PCHowTo, Inc. to resell PCHowTo’s PCShowAndTell multimedia reference library.
PCHowTo is a provider of multimedia help and self-service solutions designed to take advantage of users’ visual natural-learning techniques. With more than 80,000 video tutorial animations for more than 100 common software applications, PCShowAndTell features one of the largest multimedia libraries in the world.
Through this agreement, ServiceWare will provide its customers with a value-added component to its flagship offering, ServiceWare Enterprise™, ServiceWare’s suite of knowledge-powered applications for service and support.

PCShowAndTell’s video files can be customized and integrated with a customer’s support site or training system, reducing support costs and improving user productivity. The 150k average file size of the PCShowAndTell video tutorials provides end users with fast and affordable help in easy-to-understand one-minute modules. Support agents can benefit from the easy-to-understand and visually rich library of information, tips and “how to’s” for popular software applications. Applications from Microsoft, Macromedia, Norton, Palm and many others are included. Videos are available in 12 different languages to accommodate global support requirements.
