Contact Solutions, Inc. Signs Partnership Agreement with ScanSoft
Contact Solutions, Inc. announced that the Company has further bolstered its open hosted delivery capabilities by partnering with the leading supplier of speech and imaging solutions, ScanSoft, Inc. Contact Solutions’ agreement with ScanSoft strengthens the Company’s ability to rapidly deliver robust, automated customer service solutions in an outsourced environment.
“Forming relationships such as we have with ScanSoft further proves our business model for automated customer service applications.
