Salesforce.com Outshines Competition According to eWeek
Salesforce.com®, a provider of on-demand relationship management (CRM), announced that eWEEK magazine, rated salesforce.com as the top-performing service in a head-to-head comparison of five mid-market CRM solutions.
Salesforce.com scored 100 percent uptime through weeks of vigorous reliability testing and had the fastest performance of any vendor with full encryption.
The only recipient of an "Excellent" performance ranking, salesforce.com was deemed more reliable than all competitors, including NetLedger's NetSuite application, built on the foundation of Oracle Small Business Suite, and Microsoft CRM.
"Competitors will be hard pressed to top salesforce.

com's outstanding performance in both access time - the time it takes to log-in and start working - and availability - a measurement of the system's uptime," said John Taschek, director of eWEEK labs.
Salesforce.com turned in the most consistent grades across all review metrics - usability, capability, performance, interoperability, manageability, scalability and security.
The eWEEK review uncovered large performance gaps among hosted CRM solutions.
Salesforce.com was the only vendor to score "Excellent" or "Good' on all criteria, as compared to NetLedger's "Fair" performance ranking.
