Entellium Channel Partners Sign on to Sell 2nd Generation CRM

Entellium, a provider of 2nd Generation hosted CRM, announced the successful first phase of its channel partner reseller program. Originally targeted at 35 resellers by the end of December 2004, the company has already signed 30 partners since launching its hosted-CRM suite in North America this May.

Entellium has received an overwhelming response from partners embracing Entellium’s lifetime recurring revenue model, high commission structure, and a product that requires zero licensing fees and zero up-front capital to sell.

Natalee Roan, Entellium vice president of sales and marketing said: “Entellium does not compete with our sales partners. We don’t sell direct. But we do support and we do train and we do generate leads on behalf of our partners, who earn a very competitive commission for selling and keeping the customer happy. It’s clear that partners can and want to be front and center with providers. It’s proving a successful formula.”

She added that Entellium’s hosted model allows its partners to build a customer base that provides recurring monthly revenues for a steady income on a monthly basis.

Roan also said that “Entellium channel partners are not compromising on traditional professional services revenues: although they don’t install software because of Entellium’s “hosted” product, they continue to offer professional services, including training and premium-level support for customized workflows and application integration.”

Entellium has regional US sales offices in Seattle, Austin, Phoenix, and New Jersey, and offices in Asia in Singapore and Malaysia.

Entellium is the only hosted-CRM provider that offers its Sales Force, Customer Service and Marketing products as “modules" available for purchase separately on a monthly per subscription fee basis.
