NuComm International Achieves Contact Center Employer of Choice Certification
NuComm International has achieved the prestigious Contact Center Employer of Choice™ (CCEOC) Standard level award for its site located in St. Catharines, Canada. The award differentiates the St. Catharines site as one of the best contact center operations to work for in North America.
“Achieving this designation on the first assessment is an outstanding accomplishment and a testimonial to the hard work, dedication and commitment to excellence exhibited by all front line and support staff,” said Jeff Doran, President of CCEOC. “It’s also a direct reflection of management’s ability to create a high performance, people-focused team environment.”
