LiveVox Announces Use Of Hosted VoIP Dialer Increased 350% In Second Quarter

LiveVox Inc., a provider of hosted dialer solutions, today announced that use of the company’s hosted VoIP Dialer increased 350 percent in the second quarter of 2008.

Growth in the amounts of minutes used on the LiveVox VoIP Dialer compared to the corresponding quarter in 2007 was driven by new and existing credit and collections industry clients transitioning campaigns from their current premise-based dialers and IVRs. Client tests have proven LiveVox is able to double agent productivity at the lowest cost of ownership in the market by cutting in half the time it takes to secure right-party connections (RPCs) during any given campaign.
