McDonald’s India And VCustomer Partner To Deliver Customer Support
vCustomer Corporation, a company focused on customer care and loyalty solutions, today announced a partnership with McDonald’s India to provide centralized customer support services and order taking for its McDelivery services in the North and East regions. With this engagement, all calls are routed to a centralized vCustomer contact center.
vCustomer’s automated technology will help increase visibility into McDonald’s customer support metrics. These metrics will provide McDonald’s a greater understanding of the customer. In addition, vCustomer has deployed their Business Intelligence tool, which categorizes McDonald’s non-order customer calls and customer concerns. vCustomer routinely analyzes customer data to recommend corrective measures and to
maintain focused efforts to increase customer satisfaction.
"It was encouraging to observe that we share similar values and work ethics," said Sandip Maithal, director Operations and Training, McDonald’s India (North & East). "We find huge potential in vCustomer and are pleased to have them as our strategic partner to help us deliver quality service to every customer every time. With this partnership, we expect that our customer’s satisfaction level will increase and will take the brand to the next level of enterprising success."
"This partnership with McDonald’s integrates our technology and best practices to provide high quality customer satisfaction to the Indian market," said Sanjay Kumar, chief executive officer, vCustomer Corporation. "We are pleased to support McDonald’s by providing continually superior customer support services."
