USA Mobility, Actsoft Announce Agreement to Sell Mobile Management and Wireless Data Solutions
USA Mobility, Inc. , a leading provider of wireless messaging and communications services, and Actsoft, Inc., a leading provider of mobile management and wireless GPS location tracking software, today announced a sales and marketing agreement in which both companies will leverage each other's complementary technologies to provide advanced wireless solutions to companies and organizations nationwide.
Under terms of the agreement, USA Mobility will join Actsoft's Authorized Agent Program, and the companies' respective sales organizations will provide sales leads and recommendations around their product and service solutions. USA Mobility, with more than 300 sales representatives throughout the United States, will provide Actsoft with an expansive indirect sales force. ActSoft will provide USA Mobility with access to a host of GPS-based mobile management solutions.
Actsoft's Authorized Agent Program was launched last August and since then has become a sizeable nationwide indirect sales channel. The program provides agents with a non-exclusive contract, profitable commission structure, access to sales and marketing collateral, agent training on Actsoft's wireless solutions and continuous sales support.
