c360 Integrates StrikeIron Web Service into Microsoft Dynamics CRM

StrikeIron Inc., provider of the Web Services Marketplace, announced a partnership with c360, a leading provider of add-on products, industry solutions and development tools for the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform.

As part of the partnership, c360 will integrate StrikeIron's Address Verification Web service with its Productivity Packs for Microsoft Dynamics. The Productivity Pack combines multiple c360 products that help users get more out of Microsoft CRM. c360 products are sold exclusively through a network of more than 500 authorized partners that have delivered solutions to more than 1,200 customers worldwide in more than 8 languages.

c360 integrated StrikeIron's Address Verification Web Service into the Data Quality Center of the Core Productivity Pack, allowing users to do real-time verification and standardization of US addresses. The integrated solution will allow users to preview old and new addresses, automatically update the verified address and provide a toolbar which allows users to trigger the address verification service on-demand. Since an XML-based Web service is being utilized, customers do not need to worry about monthly data updates and the costly maintenance associated with traditional address correction solutions.

"Our customers can now focus on all processes necessary for a superior CRM system and can be assured that their business will move forward without having to expend a lot of resources on incorrect, incomplete, or otherwise inaccurate address data."

The Address Verification Web Service is part of the expanding StrikeIron Marketplace which offers more than 75 web services to ISVs such as c360. StrikeIron also offers an API to easily integrate commercial Web services into an ISV's application to provide new value with real-time external data access and functionality. This is an ideal solution for the integration of live data directly into real-time business processes to increase productivity and lower costs. For example, Web services can be used in CRM applications to incorporate live data feeds and eliminate the time consuming, costly and error prone methods of bulk data importing, exporting and cleanup.
