AMC Technology, LLC Receives Customer Interaction Solutions® Magazine’s “CRM Excellence” Award for 2006
AMC Technology, LLC announced that Technology Marketing Corporation (TMC®)’s Customer Interaction Solutions® magazine has named AMC Multi-Channel Integration SuiteTM as a recipient of a CRM Excellence Award for 2006. Customer Interaction Solutions® has been the premier publication in the CRM, call center and teleservices industries since 1982.
