Logicalis Teams with MaintenanceNet
MaintenanceNet, Inc., provider of maintenance contract management services, announced that Logicalis, a global provider of high-performance technology solutions, will utilize MaintenanceNet’s web-enabled application to manage and track its IT services business. Focused on delivering the best in IT solutions, Logicalis will give its maintenance services contract clients access to the MaintenanceNet tool that will allow them to gain full visibility into their maintenance contract purchases.
“We are excited about this partnership with MaintenanceNet and the launch of a new service offering to our clients,” said Neil Fitzpatrick, Director of Services for Logicalis.
Logicalis engaged with MaintenanceNet to get complete visibility of time-sensitive maintenance information specific to HP with plans to utilize the portal for all product sets within the near future. The MaintenanceNet secure, online tool flags contracts coming up for renewal or nearing expiration and delivers automatic e-mail notifications to the appropriate parties. It also identifies any uncovered assets that need resolution. Additionally, the portal will enable Logicalis to assist their clients in identifying technology refresh opportunities that will decrease total cost of ownership, while at the same time increasing performance and utilization levels.
Logicalis will also leverage the MaintenanceNet tool to grant access to their customers. With full visibility into their maintenance contracts purchased, Logicalis customers can take advantage of efficient management of maintenance entitlement, alignment of assets to coverage, improved operational efficiencies and a drastic reduction of man hours to audit contract information.
“This partnership represents an exciting new opportunity for Logicalis and their maintenance services business,” said Shayne Skaff, Vice President of Business Development for MaintenanceNet. “With the integration and presentation of HP maintenance data in the MaintenanceNet portal and the future release of their entire product line, Logicalis will be able to better serve its customers’ maintenance service requirements and proactively assist them with technology refresh opportunities that they didn’t previously have visibility to. In addition to incremental services revenues, Logicalis will also improve customer loyalty by providing a value-add solution to help their customers manage and track their maintenance purchases more efficiently.”
