Law Firm Clifford Chance Selects LexisNexis InterAction as its Global CRM Solution
LexisNexis Interface Software announced that international law firm Clifford Chance has extended its use of LexisNexis InterAction to include a global license of 4,000 users. Interface Software is the leading CRM provider for professional services organizations, including top-ranked law firms.
Clifford Chance is structured around six global practice areas, including: banking and finance; capital markets; corporate mergers and acquisitions; litigation and dispute resolution; real estate and tax; and pension and employment. The firm employs more than 3,300 legal advisors across 28 offices.
"We've realized that one of the greatest services that Clifford Chance can bring to its clients is the strength and depth of its global network of legal experts," said Charles Doyle, Global Head of Business Development at Clifford Chance. "As such, we have invested in InterAction, which is capable of supporting our global client service initiatives."
Clifford Chance, widely considered the world's largest law firm, first implemented InterAction on a limited basis in 1999 to centrally track and manage strategic relationships, matter details and other information critical to achieving strategic client development objectives. The success of that initiative gave the firm confidence in the soundness of investing in a global InterAction initiative.
"Clifford Chance has an outstanding reputation in the marketplace for their technical insight and sophistication, and is renowned for investing in best-in-class solutions," said John McDonnell, vice president and general manager for InterAction. "We are honored by their confidence in InterAction and for choosing it to support their global client relationship management strategy."
LexisNexis(R) InterAction, LexisNexis(R) Market Intelligence, LexisNexis(R) Martindale-Hubbell(R) and Mealy's Conferences comprise a growing portfolio of strategic client development products and services designed to help law firms grow their practices.
