Vertical Solutions Announces ITIL Compatibility for PowerHelp IT Service Management Software Solution
Vertical Solutions, Inc. (VSI), a developer of IT Service Management and Customer Relationship Management software, announces that its IT management software suite, PowerHelp IT v9.0, has received the PinkVerify(tm) Service Support Enhanced designation from Pink Elephant, an IT service management consulting and education provider. This designation indicates that PowerHelp IT v9.0 meets Pink Elephant's criteria for Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) compatibility. ITIL is a worldwide approach to IT service management, and provides a cohesive set of best practices.
PowerHelp IT enables IT service management teams to adhere to the ITIL best practices by using the software directly out of the box.

PowerHelp IT v 9.0 has received PinkVerify(tm) Service Support Enhanced Certification from Pink Elephant for the following ITIL processes: Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Configuration Management, Service Level Management, and Availability Management.
