ServicePower Field Service Solutions announces V1.3
ServicePower’s Field Service Solutions (FSS) Division, a provider of Web-based, automated job scheduling and warranty chain management for subcontractors, manufacturers, retailers, third-party administrators, and parts distributors, announced that it has released version 1.3, which includes a “group level skills” capability in addition to mobile dispatch technology.
The ability to deal with group-level skills enables OEMs, retailers, and others to dispatch more selectively than was previously possible with the ServicePower FSS product or competitive products.
The new version, which is available now, also feeds incoming dispatches or job status information back and forth between the technicians, sales force, or customer service center using the new mobile technology. “Our technology is really opening up the way for our service partners to streamline their back office operations,” concluded Smith.
