GOT Corporation Acquires Messagia

GOT Corporation™ announced it has acquired Messagia, a digital marketing and consulting company with customers including leading agencies like Publicis, Draft and Cossette Group. This acquisition enables GOT to broaden its highly successful Partner Program with a dedicated focus on the agency channel. By combining GOT’s technology with Messagia’s expertise in delivering cutting edge marketing programs to marketing agencies the acquisition will enable GOT to deliver industry-leading solutions to this specialized market.

A key component of GOT’s North American channel strategy, the acquisition allows GOT to quickly expand its agency-specific marketing services. Under terms of the agreement Messagia will become a project delivery group responsible for the production and delivery of sophisticated digital marketing programs that better serve GOT’s agency clients including Brodeur Worldwide, Padilla Spear Beardsley and Grey Worldwide.

Messagia has served clients including Molson, Hyatt, and Toyota through its agency-to-agency services.
