Knova Software Named to KMWorld's '100 Companies That Matter in Knowledge Management'

Knova Software, a provider of service resolution management applications, announced that it has been selected as one of the "100 Companies That Matter in Knowledge Management" by KMWorld, a leading industry publication. KMWorld editors, knowledge management practitioners, theorists, analysts, vendors, and customers compiled the 2005 list to recognize each company's velocity of innovation. The merger of ServiceWare Technologies and Kanisa closed in February creating Knova Software, the new combined entity.

"Each year we get a chance to recognize the companies we believe best exemplify the ideals of true knowledge management--the ones whose products and services continue to fundamentally transform the way organizations operate," said Hugh McKellar, editor-in-chief of KMWorld.
