• Restructured and implemented IT internal billing procedures to charge for base services (Help Desk, infrastructure, phone etc.) determined by departmental headcount and project related work billed at an hourly rate back to departmental owner. Previously billed on allocation method determined from each department’s headcount regardless of project activity. Developed and published catalogue of IT services with associated billing rates.
• Developed LTIP (5 year Long Term IT Plan)
• Oversaw all IT departments (Project Management, Validation, Solutions Delivery, Systems/Infrastructure and Help Desk services). Solutions Delivery department directly overseen while handling all other CIO responsibilities.
• Implemented specific succession plans for directors of each sub-department.
• Worked closely with global "C" level individuals to develop deep collaboration and harmonization amongst international sites.
• Oversaw all IT related responsibilities - budgeting (capital and operational), contract negotiations, headcount and disbursement of personnel, HR related issues etc.
