Sara Lee company has leading positions in numerous categories in the more than 180 markets in which it competes. With powerful brands, such as Ambi Pur, Ball Park, Douwe Egberts, Hillshire Farm, Jimmy Dean, Kiwi, Sanex, Senseo, etc.
Sara Lee’s Siebel e-Consumer Goods Application based on Siebel v7.5.3 and Siebel v7.8. They Implemented for their users across North America.
Salient features and benefits of the application are:

PartnerPro is a new implementation of PRM systems based on Siebel PRM 7.5 application. Implemented (configured) centrally, Siebel solution will be deployed on a regional basis – each region (EMEA, Asia Pacific and Americas).

• I was been to Paris-France as part of the Project assignment for a short term period.
• Handling HP PartnerPro for EMEA region development Issues.
• Involved into Batch Interfaces part for the HP PartnerPro Project for EMEA region like MDE, Standard Import, MIND RP and CBN Interfaces.
• Use Siebel EIM process to Import the external data to Siebel base tables.
• Involved into creation of new Interfaces for PartnerPro.
• Monitoring interfaces and troubleshooting them.
• Involved into Interfaces Testing for the new Release of HP PartnerPro.
• Monitoring and Trouble shooting the Server Components.
• Involved into the Configuration Issues for the Client.

# 3. SIEMENS INFORMATION SYSTEMS LIMITED, MUMBAI. INDIA.

Client: Asian Paints India Limited, India. (February 05 – March 05)
Asian Paints India Ltd. (APIL) is interested in automating various processes in their newly built paints manufacturing plant at Sriperumbudur. As a part of that activity Asian Paints has awarded the project pertaining of integration of their SAP system with the PCS7 (Process Control System) using the integration platform WebMethods to Siemens Information Systems Ltd. (SISL).

Some of the salient features and benefits of the application are:

• Able to trigger a paint manufacturing process (process order or a batch) to the PCS7 system from SAP
• Get the details regarding the raw material consumption, quantity of the paint created using the raw material in SAP system.
• SAP system will also be updated with the data related to the raw materials manually added during the manufacturing process.

Platform: Web Methods 6.0. SAP, PCS7

The WebMethods will provide the integration mechanism for SAP and PCS7 (Batch System).
• The SAP side is also responsible for providing the Process Order.
• We have to also use WebMethods IS for conveying the process messages from PCS7 system back to the SAP side.
• Defining the SAP Servers: - To define the parameters that the Integration Server will use to establish a connection to a SAP server.
• Send the data from SAP and check that data in WebMethods. Tested the communication between SAP and WM in both directions using SAP RFCs


# 4. SIEMENS INFORMATION SYSTEMS LIMITED, MUMBAI. INDIA.

Client: Siemens, Germany. (June 04- March 05)
Environment: Siebel 7.0.3v, Windows NT 4.0, and Oracle 8i

Brief summary:
Siebel implementation for Siemens, Germany. Siemens consistently recognized for customer satisfaction and better service Provider Company.
Siebel implementation was done with Siebel Call Center. They planned for a call center in order to generate contacts through campaigns, which can be used to serve their customers effectively and increase their revenue and market share. The scope of the project was to implement Contact Management, Opportunity Management and Account Management.
Role-
• Customizing Siebel Call Center as per user requirements using Siebel Tools.
• Involved in modifying Business components (BC), Business objects (BO).
• Customizing user interface objects Applets, Views, Screens etc.,
• Configuring Applets in Siebel Tools-The different Applets used i.e. List Applets, Form Applets, and Pick Applets.
• Involved in customization of Joins, Links, MVG’s and Static Pick Lists.

# 5. ERP FOR SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES

This ERP project was developed to provide different services to the organization like Sales and Distribution, Dispatch, Production, Plant maintenance, Quality Control, Material Management System, Finance and Accounts, Shares Accounting System, Human Resource Management, Personal & Administration and System Administration modules. Of these modules I handled Sales and Distribution.
In Sales module the information regarding Channel sales, Distributors, dealers and customers. This was developed using VB 6.0 as Front End and Oracle as the Back End for Windows Operating System.
