Over the past thirteen years, my direct customer interactions have grown from a start in a Sales and Service Call Centre, through small and medium enterprises to leading teams to support strategic corporate and public sector clients. Strong relationships at all levels, combined with integrity, teamwork and a focus on client value have been keys to success for me in all of these client facing roles. Through these roles, I have developed a strong ability to influence support from expanded solution teams and executive both internally and with clients. Further, these experiences have given me insight to the wide spectrum of methods and critical success factors in building a client focused organization.
More recently, I have successfully used this knowledge to go beyond being a CRM practitioner and have helped organizations design and implement CRM as a core strategy, as I have done with CCRM. It is my strongest desire to continue the enjoyable developmental work of the past eight months, with the CCRM team and all the LCS divisional staff, as a member of the Client Executive team being selected in this competition.
