ACA CRM:
I‘m the lead developer for ACA team working on accomplish a customized toolkit to extend MSCRM architecture. So far I have developed features like auditing, picklist manager, alert engine and relationship tree view. I have mastered MSMQ, windows services, workflows, Asp.net 2.0, advanced javascript, C#, web services during this tenure. I also automated test cases for the audit feature using MSTS test projects.
Performance Improvement Tools delivered:
As part of my role, I also developed tools to improve the team's efficiency for instance:
1. Assembly Dependency Analyzer Tool: The target was to develop a tool which could generate a visio diagram on the fly depicting the dependencies of assemblies with each other in the ACA products.
2. Avanade Defect Parser tool: This tool was used to migrated data from the Avanade defect portal website from multiple pages to a track able sheet format.
3. XML Comment Parser: I developed an addin using Envdte to validate and rectify the comments for all methods fetched. This parser was used by the ACA Batch team to resolve a support issue with 3 days turnaround time. Manually, the same would take two weeks.
4. Webtime: Actively participated in the development of a Project Management Website in with my Manager to track daily developments in the project.
ACA Support:
Managed support Issues for the following assets: ACA.net, ACA Batch, ACAT, VBMA, LN2MS, ACA BPI portal. My clients were typically solution developer from Avanade with vast experience in the arena themselves. These support issues were highly technically demanding in nature. I was responsible for bringing the support issue count from 31 to zero.
Client Juliet(Code name):-The world's leading premium drinks business (Sept 2005-May 2006)
The business challenge was to create websites for top ranked liquor brands across the globe. I become hands on with Microsoft Content Management Server (MCMS) in a short span of time. My primary role was to develop templates using C# and ASP.net. These templates were in turn used by the onsite IIS staff to create hundreds of postings. Since these templates also had extensive database interaction, I worked on MS SQL DTS objects, stored procedures, functions, etc.
Award and Achievements
• Won the Super Achiever Award for extraordinary performance during the first year in the company.
• Winner of the GDCN Microsoft Coding Contest - Global Capability Development Network initiative 2006 organized across Avanade (China, UK, Manila, India, Spain participated) with over 200 entries
• Accenture Technology Labs India Reusable Tool contest. My entry made it to top six with eighty eight entries from across Indian Delivery centers
• ASE Induction Programs and TPO Meets: Key speaker in a talk show for Training Placement Officers meet for Accenture. (Campus Corridor Program). Accenture is likely to get Day One Slot because of the rave reviews for this show. Actively participated as a Key speaker in Induction programs for entry level professionals at Accenture.
