Major Experience: Seventeen year experience on Oracle & COBOL base utility gas company billing system. Principal applications are Utility billing Operations; Financial Systems integrated Customer Care Services.
ACHIVEMENTNTS
- Data Analysis and Conversion (CorDaptix CIS SPL)
Leader of conversion team assigned to implement SPL CIS (also known as CorDaptix or PeopleSoft CIS) ERP package, for 1.9 million customers. The process required analyzing, converting and cleansing the data before loading, and at ends it for accuracy.
- Y2K Project Lead.
Project Manager for full life cycle of a 1-year Y2K Project. Responsibilities included intial definition and selection of approaches and methodologies to be used, code assessments and discovery, code remediation, unit, integration and user acceptance testing, implementation into production, Business Fail Data testing Year 2000 testing, and integrated Future Date Testing. This was end-to-end testing of all applications of the enterprise, in a future accommodate all the additionally required platforms and connectivity.
- Maintenance of COBOL programs.
- Project Management of new systems and their integration to existing system.
- Administration, Installation, Configuration, Tuning and Optimization of software.
- Management of CC&B utility billing systems & Responsible for M.I.S. reports.
