Project description: The project involved design and development of a new Pivotal system. The development also included development of web services and a web based interface over pivotal for interaction with an existing ERP system (Platinum for Windows). The web services were invoked by the ERP system to push system data into Pivotal system. Data was transferred in both directions in XML format. Pivotal .Net components were used to interact with the Pivotal database.

Project description: The project was aimed at providing a wizard like feature in MSCRM to enable creation of records of specific entities in a faster manner. The project featured various ways in which records in the main enitity and the linked entities could be created in a faster manner.
In one approach, a wizard like feature was provided where various screens were created for the users to enter data. The users were just required to click Next and provide the required data.
In another approach, a single form was used to display the main entity record along with the linked entities records. Addition and Modification in the linked records was also allowed through the same page.
