Working Experience
· Initiate call-reporting system in Julphar through successful launch planning & execution using the handheld technology (Julphar 00).

· Establish internal decision supportive system (DSS) by linking In-market, To Market sales and IMS Audit to the company budget and supply at SKU level (Julphar 01)

· Increased Company's profitability by initiating new drug committee to reach a consensus on new product development (Julphar 99).

· Saved the company nutrition franchise by initiating CRM with HCPs and consumers in Saudi to counteract the impact of MOH recall to Wyeth product (Wyeth 02).

· Manage successfully the 1st CRM program in the ME “Wyeth GOLD Careline” The program to consumers and will be linked to HCPs CRM in 2008. (Wyeth 05)

· Won the best brand team leader award in 2005.

· Using COGNOS the business intelligence software to initiate internal decision supportive system (DSS) by linking all the secondary data and customized internal reports based on the needed strategic decisions.

· Started the business intelligence department in Both Wyeth and Julphar to provide the senior management with primary and secondary information for better decision-making using SPSS software.
