a) AT PRESENT WORKING IN A SOFTWARE COMPANY, M/s. iGATE GLOBAL SOLUTIONS LTD., BANGALORE, as a TEAM LEADER - IT SERVICE DESK for ING Vysya Bank from 10-03-2003 till date. iGATE is a software company whose services include consulting, IT Services, Data Analytics, Enterprise Systems, BPO/BSP, Contact Centre and Infrastructure Management Services. My role involves:

• Managing total service desk activities of Bank, MIS reporting on the SLA & follow-up activities with the support team.
• Managing shifts of five persons from 8.00am till 8.00pm. (IST)
• Initiating service improvement plans.
• Managing urgent & high incidents with service restoration, including communication to the clients in line.
• Working on implementation of new version remedy with ITIL process.
• Reasonable technical understanding & an ability to translate technical requirements into easily understood business concepts.
• Recently had an additional responsibility of Project management office.
• Also looked after procurement of the company, placing purchase orders & ensuring delivery of the products on time.
