Description: The CRM product was customized to meet organizations needs. The product was customized to keep track of all accounts and contacts information along with their activities and notes using the sales module of CRM. For the daily activities seven workflows are developed on contact and two workflows on account entity. Thirty reports (including general reports and analytical reports) are developed on accounts, contacts and activities (phone call, email). Reports and workflows are configured on the products used by contacts in different level and age for contact and in account workflows are configured on the products used by an account and their due dates. Based on user requirements thirty views are created in contact, account and activity.
Responsibilities:
Analysis of the functionality and prepare technical documents.
Co-ordination with the onsite technical consultant to gather requirements.
Design of all the pages and tabs.
Implementing functionality using JavaScript.
Developed Workflows using win service.
Developed various stored procedures to implement functionality of all reports in SQL reporting service.

There were twenty three custom entities related with the contacts. First four entities were the four departments of a particular contact and rest entities were correlated with these. For the activities eight workflows are developed on contact and other four related departments. Thirty eight reports (including general reports and analytical reports in Arabic and English) are developed on contacts, its related departments and its sub related entities. Based on user requirements thirty views are created in account, contact, all custom entities and activity.
