Finacle is the universal banking solution from Infosys. This modular solution addresses the Core Banking, Treasury, CRM, Wealth management, Consumer and Corporate e-banking requirements of banks worldwide. Finacle is the banking solution of choice of Tier I and Tier II banks and large regional banks across the world.

The User Education team imparts various training programs covering functional and technical aspects of Finacle suite of products now called Finacle Universal Banking Solution. The UET is also responsible for the development of Product Manuals which are used as a comprehensive guide by the end users and administrators of Finacle. The team also works closely with cross functional groups in Finacle covering all aspects of product development and implementation lifecycle.

UET has initiated a comprehensive certification program called Finacle L100 Certification aimed at developing competency in Finacle solutions amongst the Finacle IBU.

Job profile in brief includes

•Preparation of structured course ware based on the in depth study of current systems and banking practices

•Deliver training in an instructor lead classroom session. Finacle functionality is covered in depth through real life examples and customer specific scenarios. This is the base for parameterization of the solution during implementation

•Lead lab sessions where participants are encouraged to work out bank specific scenarios for gaining practical expertise

•Review requirement specifications, design specifications and test plans as part of feature enhancements

•Plan and manage Product Manual releases in line with Product delivery.

•Prepare contents for product manuals that provide comprehensive guidance regarding the usage and setup of Finacle to customer banks.

•Handle technical training for bank’s IT team. In technical training areas like Architecture, Installation, Technical setups, Customization, Integration of various products in Finacle Solution and Interface with third party solutions are covered in depth. This enables bank’s IT team in taking a lead role during implementation and troubleshooting post implementation

•Setting up Finacle Solution for training which includes installation, configuration, integrating with solutions in Finacle, interfacing with third party solutions etc. This helps the mentor to demonstrate end to end features in the solution.

•Offer technical assistance and troubleshooting during training delivery.


•Worked in all functional areas of Finacle CRM - Marketing, Sales, Origination, Support and CIF

•Involved in imparting Finacle Solution Training to customers, handling both functional and technical aspects

•Imparted training to Bank’s IT teams, Branch Managers, Operational Staff and top management through role based training programs

•Close integration with bank’s team in understanding the processes followed to setup bank specific scenarios for training delivery

•Interacted with both domestic and international customers including Tier 1 banks
