Systems Integration (CRM Specialist)
Career summary
I bring with me twelve years of senior management experience and am a CRM and Systems Integration Specialist. I have worked internationally as an integration consultant and trainer, while developing postgraduate academic programmes for several universities in the UK and USA. I have worked in a range of roles, including a with the Swedish Home Office, and have over 10 years experience in leadership training, system integration, business analyses and business process re-engineering in B2B and B2C environments. I have recently set up a Global Industry Alliance Programme at Warwick Business School (WBS). The Programme seeks to reinforce WBS's partnership with the Industry Practitioners with a focus on shared interests and benefits.
Whilst working for Warwick Business School as an Assistant Professor I am also involved with Police HQ at a regional level in UK helping in developing Intelligence Integration Strategies (Data Integration). I am also investigating NHS Systems Integration and comparing it with that of Sweden and USA. Currently I am one of the few subject matter experts globally, who has investigated Systems Integration - CRM from a multidisciplinary approach. My recent book on CRM “Implementing CRM: From Technology to Knowledge” has attracted a lot of attention from Forbes and Research and Markets
Networking and industry relations are my two key strengths. I have been able to develop strong business relations from scratch both in Sweden and UK to secure funding for projects and improve networking with a focus on shared interests and benefits. I bring with me a strong network of industry contacts with IBM, Unilever, Deloitte, Logica and Oracle at a very senior level.
