•Throughout my career till date, I have been involved in all the facets of IT such as being hands on network technology to Presales networking solution consultant to IT Contracting services - which requires skills for people / resource management and in current assignment looking at over all business for India & Saarc region

JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:
• Started Teleopti operations in India and this region as a single individual from New Delhi, today managing a team of 5 people directly with Teleopti India
• Involved in inception of Teleopti in India
• Reporting to Director – Sales in Sweden with a dotted lines to CEO and Chairman
Profit Centre Operations / Strategic Planning
• Sustaining operations across broader business segments and ensuring timely deliverables
• Conceptualizing & implementing need-based business strategies, branding & launching products in existing and unexplored/emerging markets
• Planned the SAARC markets such as India, Pakistan, Srilanka
• Identified the channel partners in India for Teleopti, worked with sales and technical teams in country. Identified a roadmap of Contact Center sales opportunities by business improvement opportunities for the customers.
Sales/Marketing
• Working directly in consultative sales along with leading, training and mentoring the channel sales team to improve their efficiency
• Deploying sales & marketing activity plan for frontlines target setting & reviewing measures to ensure optimum performance and productivity
• Responsible for achieving sales targets by analyzing client requirements and delivering “value” for their needs

• Prepared the pricing ‘’Cost Benefit Analysis” of Projects. Interface directly with top-level Executives, negotiated high value contracts and coordinated project implementations with the project management team both from Sweden & India
• Manage major Accounts and orchestrate post-sale professional services and resources through partners and Teleopti AB
• Initiated, positioned, engaged and won deal for regional WFM software solution and services deployments for call centers & large enterprises
• Developed the to-be customer & partner contact strategy by organizing workshops
• Managed, planned, and coordinated industry tradeshow and conference presence for WFM software marketing.
• Worked with channel partner to ensure the right Teleopti presence at these events.

• Closed a major project with Airtel ( Bharti) for their 15 Contact centers in India ( a first project in its kind for WFM software industry – project details can be provided during discussion) around USD 400,000 , closed deal in Pakistan with Ufone ( Pakistan Telecom) around USD 100,000 closed POC with Arvato Bertelsmann (Germany) for India for 200 agents around USD150,000 justifying with benefits/ improvements Teleopti brings in for Arvato
