Work experience
1. Worked as an Engineer for production planning/quality control from April 1997 till December 2000 at G.K.B.Ophthalmics Ltd. Karaswada Industrial Estate Mapusa - Goa
Nature of Responsibilities:
Issuing of Raw material for production, tracing the material in different steps of production and completion of customers orders.
Monitoring and assuring Quality in Final Inspection and maintaining of finished stock in Dispatch.
2. Worked as a Assistant Manager from January 2001 till January 2005 at G.K.B. VISION Ltd. Pilerne Industrial Estate -Pilerne Goa.
Nature of Responsibilities:
a) Responsible for production planning of factory
b) Communication with Vendors and customers from Europe .
c) Responsible for Sales increase and maintaining customer relations
d) Responsible for manpower distribution.
3.Working as an Area Sales Manager for PRIME Lenses Ltd. ( Branch of G.K.B. Group) from April 2005 till date
Nature of Responsibilities:
a) Responsible for marketing , sales and collections of the Goa/ Belgaum / mangalore customers
b) Responsible for smooth working of online production in the factory so the customers get finished goods in the allotted time.
c) Answerable and responsible for all the queries and complaints from customers and giving immediate solutions.
d) Responsible for introducing new schemes to the customers.
e) Got a team of 36 people from production, quality, customer service, accounts , deliveries which includes graduates and engineers reporting exclusive to me.
f) Directly reporting to MD. Freedom of taking own decisions and changes for the betterment of sales and working.
g) Development of new customers and thus increasing the sales every quarterly and also sustaining and increasing business of the customers in hand by providing excellent service and maintaining good relations.
