 Personal Information
Personal Profile:
Having worked in the gaming business for over a decade I have become somewhat of a master story teller…individuals who visit casino resorts are looking for an experience, a story they can take back and tell their friends, that one big win they can share at the coffee shop; players search for an emotional connection, a sense of belonging, a place where they can be entertained and forget about ‘normal’ life, even if for a few hours. As a marketing professional it is my job to use technology, creative and multiple communication mediums to tell the story, with the ultimate goal of securing customer loyalty and driving frequency.

From a skill set perspective I am heavy on customer-centric technologies including MDW construction, analytics, campaign creation/testing/launch, multi-contact strategy development, email marketing and website functionality. I have also been fortunate enough to be one of the first in the industry to explore and test the usage of micro-marketing technology in both prospecting and known customer environments. I enjoy the challenge of developing the strategy and associated tactics necessary to create an environment where we can communicate with our customers on a one-to-one basis while using mass communication vehicles such as direct mail, email and web.

I am interested in taking the years of knowledge gained and applying them to a company that embraces technology. Looking forward to discussing further. Cell 702-596-8261.
