| Personal Profile: | I have almost seven years experience, two of it working with Emirates Telecommunication Establishment "Etisalat", I was a "Directory Inquiry Customer Service Representative (DQ CSR)", Now I am an "Information Service Customer Service Representative (IS CSR)".
As a part of a team, I helped our supervisors to make some main changes to the way the CSRs in our division helping our customers, and I helped my colleagues to reach the customers to their satisfaction.
As you will notice from the C.V. attached, I have worked in several fields, the thing that gave me a lot of experience, which I invested to help others, our customers, my supervisors, or my colleagues.
