Conduct Requirement Workshop for Genesys ERS Project.
Design and guide Development Team for Genesys call center Reporting


DTAC Thailand – 2000 agent call center
· Design new Lab environment copy from Production System.
o Lab migration Process for Genesys Enterprise Routing 7.0 on a Multi-Site Lab environment (Avaya & Harris (Teltronics)), Genesys Voice Portal , Outbound Solution, Reporting solutions
· Requirement Study workshop for new reporting Solution for Production Multi site environment using Genesys Contact Center analyzer.
· Support the Development team to design CCA Reports.
· Help Genesys Asia pacific to Fault Find Issues in existing (production) architecture.
· Re -Design R-MAD auto loading application to implement a XML databases functionalities to GENESYS Outbound solution.

CALLKEY KENYA
· Provide Solution architecture and Gap analysis For Sugar CRM implementation.
· Provide Solution architecture for Call key IP Telephony – using R-MAD IP solution based on ASTERISK Open source. Solution consists of IP Telephony on Wireless network for Call key office and 5 agent call center.

AUDATEX SOUTH AFRICA
· Design Genesys architecture, Routing and Reporting solutions for Audatex’s contact center.
· Support the Development Team for all the above mentioned implementation.

· Support Genesys Professional Services to Design and build new Reporting and Softphone solution to enhance existing Production system.

· Design and build new Outbound R-MAD auto loading application to Retrieve Data from Multiple Campaign Management system and import data to genesys outbound database.
