•Plan and create production work tickets of various gift and loyalty card orders through the manufacturing process using the ERP manufacturing and CRM (Customer Relations Management) modules

•Routinely answer technical questions regarding CRM and the manufacturing module
•Facilitate training classes for the sales team as needed
•Initiate project meetings with the operations team, scheduling and senior management on high-level, intricate projects
