JOB PROFILE
1. Configuration and Troubleshooting of AVAYA products Media Servers,Gateways,IVR,CMS and SYMON WallBoards.
2. Nice(Voiceand Screen ) loggers,NiceCMAPILogger,CLS server,CVCT server and Integration of Nice loggers with definity.
3. Creating stations, agent Ids, vdns, skills, vectors, trunk groups, cor, call pickup groups, coverage paths, cos., route patterns.
4. Administrating AVAYA Definity and Call Monitoring System server, Handling the Voice Network, Installation and Maintain Telecomm Products (i.e. Digital Phones, Polycom Video Conference Unit)
5. Generating various CMS reports for the above to solve the queries.
6. Installing configuring and maintaining Symon Wallboards.
7. Executing Voice Data Networking and Scheduling of various applications like Voice mail, Call Billing Software.
