• I manage the team of senior Presales and Consultants Engineers in Asia-Pacific.
• Reporting directly to the senior Vice-President of Sales & Operations Asia-Pacific, I have the responsibility to support the Sales department in closing deals (directly and through Channel partners) and reaching the Sales objectives for the Asia-Pacific region (including ANZ, SEA, Japan, India, and China). I develop and maintain the CRM Sales tool ‘salesforce.com’ for the Asia-Pacific Sales and PreSales teams.
• Achievements: Sustainable revenue year on year growth in both Licenses and Professional Services with +86% (80% of the quota) revenue in FY06 and +10% in FY05. • I was in charge of developing software setups for video cards in order to first complete the card’s development and to test to production according to the customer requirements and the limitation of evolution in Space.
• Development was based on C++ and using Labwindows CVI.

N°2 Company in the production of passive optical components for telecommunication industry.
• I managed one project for the Tests and Measurements department.
• I was responsible for designing and developing a very fast calculation setup for crystal wedge angle in order to increase the optical isolator productivity.
• Productivity was increased by 10 and the company saved 1 Million USD in 2001.
