Product: Ensemble Billing system, Revenue Assurance.
Client: Bell Canada Enterprise, an outsourcing account, for which Amdocs runs all the operations.
Modules: Amdocs Ensemble solutions, Legacy System (Main Frame & DB2).
• Manage the Billing Quality Assurance team consisting of 35 associates and two group leaders.
• Oversee a team of 15 developers and business analysts responsible for transferring production work from one vendor to a preferred vendor. Managed strategies, WBS, vendor management, development, creation of processes, deployment plan, A&C, etc. ($1M project).
• Manage a project involving the off-shoring of some modernized functions and 70 positions from Canada to India without impacting on client, including planning, hiring and training.
• Ensure conformity of projects with SLA (Service Level Agreement set at 99.8%) and KVM.
• Reduced manpower requirements by 35% by merging two teams in two cities into one.
• Manage Supporting Group for four different lines of business with four different billing formats, business requirements and marketing strategies.
• Manage a new atomization process for a legacy billing system balancing.
