resolved IT issues for system used by staff of 20, and collaborated
with software developers on beta development versions of software.

software: PLS Pole, LD-Field, Structure Calc, LD-Pro, LD-Track, TL-

expansion of AEP satellite services to 200+ units thus potentially
increasing revenue by 7 and entertained service expansion with
Ottertail Power potentially increasing revenue by 2.
