I am working as a Lead Business Analyst on a Siebel eFinance 6.3 to 7.8 upgrade project. My key responsibilities for this project is to understand and document business requirements, facilitate workshops, map business requirements to Siebel functionality(Financial Accounts, Service Request, Contact, Household, Opportunities, Activities, Holdings, Assets, Correspondence, Campaign, Product),create use cases with Rational UML and RUP method, produce analysis and design documents as part of the deliverables, work with a client to develop the User Acceptance Testing strategy and test scripts and support the Project Manager with the successful delivery of the project.

Siebel 7.5.2, Call Center(WebMD/Emdeon, Nashville, TN), Jun 06 – Aug 06
Completed a project working as a Lead Business Architect to implement Customer Communication (Siebel Call Center) roll out at WebMD/Emdeon. Primary responsibilities include elicit business requirements from business users and subject matter experts, perform business process design(As Is & To Be Processes) in conjunction with operations teams, define & document requirements, analyze & prioritize requirements, conduct gap analysis, develop use cases, write functional specifications and create UAT plan.
