I've been with HP (ME) for the last 7 years working within Sales Operations and most recently CRM where I have been running our CRM software (Siebel) side of the business. This involves the training of 250+ users around the Middle East (we recently migrated all users to the integrated solution), troubleshooting, structuring processes and procedures, transparent communication on all levels, management of data quality, data extraction and analysis for funnel and forecasting purposes, account planning and placement as well as for marketing purposes and other business uses. I have also sourced and managed staff to assist the CRM team through projects.
In essence I would have ideally liked to stay with my current employers. Unfortunately I have no room for growth in the role that I currently preside in and there is now minimal challenge and job satisfaction. Sadly there are currently no suitable vacancies in-house hence my need to seek a new challenge elsewhere. |
