Expert level in CRM Clarify (version 12 & up) development (coding and design) with i Support, CIM. 3+ years and very strong development skills in Java, J2EE JSP, Web Services (WSDL-based development), SOAP, XML/XSL, Javascript, Weblogic required. Good working knowledge of Clarify Data Model and Oracle relational database systems. Project is completely web based.

Job Description:CRM Application Administrator Position: Reporting to the Director of CRM this position will administer the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications Responsibilities Include: • Maintaining the CRM systems and updating functions • Monitors and supports end-user usage of systems and performs daily administrative tasks • Create and execute database queries to support analysis of customer behavior patterns • Performs requirements gathering, managing, prioritizing and running of standard and adhoc reports that cannot be generated using CRM application Qualifications: • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and at least 3 years of experience in the field or in a related field • Understanding of database design and reporting principles • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Able to communicate/work effectively with all key players – from end users with usability questions to technical IT staff to CRM and Marketing Directors • Strong attention to detail, troubleshooting and analytical skills; excellent planning and organization skills • Experience with Analytical tools such as SAP, Market Works, Business Objects, SQL, and Microstrategy • Experience with contact and campaign management software desirable – e.g. Market Works • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks concurrently and work to deadlines • Experience with developing requirements documents and also testing • Knowledge of retail systems – merchandising, purchase orders, POS etc desirable • Strong Excel Skills
