| Job Description:DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES, SCOPE:
Design and support of the CRM system to configure the CRM product to organizational requirements and needs
Prepare, write, and review system documentation
Consults with the client to understand the technical requirements of the project, and then assists with the set-up and configuration of the system to address those requirements; this includes technical design and coding of processes to supplement our CRM package functionality using VB, Jscript, and our Integration Gateway modeling and configuration tool
Provide sound advice in the areas of database management, network structure, system development & testing environments, and system communications as they relate to the CRM system
Lead requirements gathering for technical architecture, conversions, and interfaces
Conduct Requirements Workshops and compile Requirements Listing
Author Interface, Conversion and Architecture Sections of the Scope Definition Document
Lead design work for interface, conversions, integrations and architecture
Integrate EAI Best Practices
Identify, document and communicate back end design gaps
Clearly document and maintain design decisions using standard deliverable format
Create Design document for Interfaces and Conversions
Assist and/or Lead appropriate System testing efforts
Document Technical Requirements for system and other test strategies
Take ownership of issues as they rise and drive them to completion
Raise issues with development early on to Project Manager
