Analyzes customer and group trends and provides monthly reports. Assists in promotion development for multiple promotions. Job Description:DUTIES/OBJECTIVES: • Establish and maintain positive strategic relationships with Corporate Customer Care and other operating Regions’ Customer Care organizations; identify best practices, appropriate technology and customer care policy. • Define strategy for call centers as defined by operating metrics, customer satisfaction surveys and other indicators of service quality and satisfaction. • Work with stakeholders Region-wide to implement the Call Center Service and Sales Initiative. This initiative enhances customer service and sales, generating incremental revenue within the billing, service and dedicated sales call centers. • Identify and implement regionally focused metrics including, but not limited, to telephone statistics, analysis of activity and statistical data to ensure prompt response to customer inquiries and service needs. • Drive continuous improvement of call center effectiveness and efficiency via effective quality assurance programs and technology to improve the customer experience. Monitor sales skills and quality initiatives. • Assess training needs for customer care employees, act as “talent developer” and mentor. • Provide support to senior management in answering information requests from local franchising authorities (LFA’s). Duties will include answering informational requests, support governmental affairs in keeping the LFA’s informed regarding planned or unplanned service changes that might drive phone calls to municipal officials, and making sure that TWC is in compliance with all franchise related reporting requirements.
