Help The Company be a leader in the Retail industry by acting as the Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM) Manager. You will work closely with the AVP of CRM and the SVP of Marketing to support the planning and implementation of maurices strategic plans and growth initiatives including customer acquisition and retention goals. This position will also focus on micro level analysis and campaign management.
This individual will work as an integral part of the CRM team. The ideal candidate should be an enthusiastic self-starter who understands trends and can communicate recommendations to senior level executives in person, via video and phone.
Qualifications
Proven track record in analytical segmentation.
Offer testing.
Response Analysis.
ROI Analysis.
Behavior Modelling and measurement methodology.
4 years experience in the retail industry or with a marketing service provider to retailers.
You must be an independent critical thinker with a passion for discovery and have the ability to work successfully with a variety of software applications including Excel, Word, Access, and CRM applications.
Experience with FTP, SQL, and Arcview GIS mapping is a plus.
