Responsibilities:
This individual will be responsible for designing and implementing technical aspects of CRM implementations and must have specific skills around the Salesforce.com API, AJAX development, data migration, and Java development. He/she will work with the engagement team, client IT department, and CRM vendor on various engagements to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of robust technical solutions.
This individual must have a demonstrated ability to liaise with IT departments and to understand their day-to-day operations. In addition, this person must have a demonstrated ability to lead a team of developers in the successful delivery of technical solutions.
This person's time would typically be spent doing the following:
25% - Gathering and understanding business requirements that drive the techincal solution
25% - Designing technical solutions
40% - Developing technical solutions
10% - Team leadership
Qualifications:
Qualified candidates should possess the following:
- B.S. in Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent work experience
- Salesforce.com certification or equivalent experience strongly preferred
- San Francisco/Bay Area-based candidate required
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills required
- Outstanding analysis skills and an ability to develop and propose complex solutions
- Working knowledge of enterprise systems, including CRM and ERP
- Hands-on experience with integration and ETL tools
- Professional consulting background a plus

Responsibilities:
• As Project Manager, this individual will be responsible for scoping and delivering our larger and more strategic CRM engagements.
• This individual MUST have a CRM consulting background. Salesforce.com experience is ideal. The candidate should also have a solid knowledge of CRM Best Practices and common key success factors on CRM implementations.
• This individual must also have experience managing entire project teams on significant engagements. This experience should encompass the entire project lifecycle from requirements definition through design, testing / QA, training development and delivery, and post go-live support.
• Finally, the successful candidate will be expected to grow and develop junior members of the project teams.
Qualifications:
• CRM consulting background is mandatory. Salesforce.com experience is ideal.
• A bachelors degree is also required.
• Proven success managing large CRM implementations as well as leading and developing teams is critical.
• Must have experience as a CRM subject-matter-expert during business development cycles.
• This individual should have a track record of establishing a "trusted advisor" relationship with senior client executives.
• CRM Strategy consulting experience would be an additional benefit but is not required.
• This individual can be located out of our Vienna, VA office.
• Finally, this individual should be prepared to travel up to approximately 25% of the time.
