| Job Description:Responsible for research and development of website services and enhancements, intra-department coordination of needs and capabilities, online CRM services implementation and effectiveness monitoring and reporting.
Job functions to include:
- Determine measurable goals for eCommerce implementation within the organization.
- Increase enrollment, sales, and CRM through on-line channels.
- Determine available in-house and out of house development skill requirements and create a plan for eCommerce development.
- Improve awareness and use of web site and enhance the growth of CRM services and promotional opportunities.
- Research needs from gambler point of view, property point of view, and corporate point of view.
- Prioritize website functionality and develop and manage an approved timetable and budget.
- Offer direction for search engine optimization (SEO) and on-line media presence through pay per click and affiliate agreements.
- Prepare, manage and monitor department budgets and review monthly forecast.
- Monitor reservation bookings, create supply and demand models to ensure proper segmentation between departments.
- Prepare pro-forma with forecasted response rates, reconcile these forecasts against actual results.
- Develop on-line dialogue with players and assist HR with digital dialogue with employee. |
