Job Description:The largest global entertainment company is seeking talent to add to its credit card rewards and loyalty management programs.
The Sr. BI analyst will serve as an expert of the customer database, and the campaign management system. Providing actionable recommendations from the analytical database for targeting strategies as well as performing advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
Responsibilities:
Develop intimate knowledge of customer data stored in OLTP & OLAP Extract files from Oracle database using PL/SQL
Develop reports and perform ad-hoc queries using Cognos
Develop statistical models for retention of card holders and loyalty program members
Analyze acquisition campaigns and make recommendations on effective offers and/or channels
Conduct member lifecycle & migration analysis, report key metrics and propose strategies to cultivate loyalty and increase retention
Analyze and track the performance of member segments and propose communication strategies
Develop campaign measurement metrics
