Major NYC Retail Company is looking for a top performer in the CRM world. Candidate will direct marketing on how to design and execute programs using Relate. Needs someone who has worked with MarketWorks or a similar product. Will manage the design, development and implementation of the coupon programs as they interface with the system. Will work with an internally managed CRM database where you have the customer list and build the campaigns and monitor the results. Will design, develop, and implement database information analytics and reporting programs. Will support the core user groups in understanding how to interface with the system. Needs a minimum 7-10 years experience in Database Marketing driven direct applications, knowledge of current Direct Marketing trends and promotions and a strong knowledge of specialty retail customer response behaviors. Will see any type of retail experience: apparel is a plus but consumer sales or pharma retail sales would also work.
