This is a great opportunity for someone who has compensation experience and has always wanted to develop a complete program from the ground up. In this role, you will be responsible for the administration and development of our sales commission programs that include; performance management, incentive plan design and ad-hoc analysis as needed. Supporting the finance team with month end responsibilities and ad hoc reporting.

One or more years experience with incentive compensation methodologies, including bonus and commissions and their business application
Excellent communication skills verbal, written, executive, and presentation
Prior experience with executing change across an organization
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Desire to work in an information systems environment

Passionate about incentive programs, customer service and the business
Skills and experience highly desired
Prior experience with Siebel Incentive Compensation Management/Motiva implementation
One or more years experience designing and configuring incentive plans and rules with Callidus ICM, Siebel ICM/Motiva, or Oracle ICM

POSITION SCOPE

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
One to 2 years experience with incentive compensation methodologies, including bonus and commissions and their business application Experience with variable compensation plans is a requirement.
Prior experience with Oracle Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) system, Oracle Human Capital Management System (HCM) or Oracle eBusiness Suite Financials.
Minimum of one year experience designing and configuring incentive plans and rules with Oracle ICM , Callidus ICM or Siebel ICM/Motiva.
Excellent communication skills verbal, written, executive, and presentation
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Desire to work in an information systems environment
Self Starter
Passionate about incentive programs and customer service.
Ability to embrace change, and participate in a team environment.
Familiar with change management and change control procedures.
Ability to manage multiple simultaneous priority assignments.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Siebel Incentive Compensation Management/Motiva implementation or Oracle Incentive Compensation Management Module, or eBusiness Suite implementation would be considered a plus.
Interaction with IT teams in past positions related to ICM is a plus.
Prior Business Analysts of lead compensation analyst role would be a strong plus.
